10. Assignment - You cannot under any circumstances assign or transfer this Agreement, or any of its rights and obligations hereunder without OSOSABC’s prior written consent.

11. Other General Conditions - The Old Stock & Bond Company    and any other person associated with OSABC are not stockbrokers. Each single share or bond certificate is classified as historical documents and not an investment.  These collectible stock and bond certificates could be sold for sometimes two, three or twenty times the underlying value.  Most of the share certificates or bond instruments will be written or stamped on the back "non-redeemable", "non-transferable" or cancelled.
